STEP-BY-STEP CANDIDATE APPLICATION PROCESS

 

STEP 1 – APPLY

Apply via our various online postings or on our website

STEP 2 – PHONE INTERVIEW

If it appears you meet the job qualifications we will contact you for a phone interview with one of our recruiters

STEP 3 – WE SUBMIT YOUR RESUME TO OUR CLIENT

If you are a qualified candidate based on our client’s criteria we will submit your resume to our client

STEP 4 – INTERVIEW

If our client requests an interview we will contact you to make arrangements for either a phone interview and/or an in person interview

STEP 5 – VERIFICATION PROCESS *

We will verify your past employment, education, professional references and any other items as required by our client

STEP 6 – BACKGROUND CHECK *

After our client makes you a job offer we will have our third party company perform a background check (some positions also require a credit check)

STEP 7 – DRUG TEST *

Some clients require a drug test to be done prior to employment, these arrangements will be made either by us or by our client
