Tim has over 30 years of experience in estimating, project management and business development working in commercial subcontracting. He began his career as a laborer moving up the ladder to superintendent and eventually progressing into estimating and project management. His reputation of integrity and fairness, and his unwavering attention to customer satisfaction will provide the leadership, direction and oversight needed to develop and maintain client relationships. Linda has 38 years’ experience in Office Management, Human Resources, Recruiting, Sales and Marketing. She touches most aspects of the business providing overall office support while working with our clients, candidates and recruiters. She has played a significate role in the company’s ability to expand and improve its support to our growing customer base. Her top priority is "to give the best customer service possible”.
Sue is an experienced human resources professional who understands employee recruiting, management, benefits administration and on-boarding. With 13 years of experience Sue is adept at screening resumes, conducting interviews and advising on final hiring decisions to successfully fill positions. With her IT expertise she maintains our website and social media presence. Sue has a Bachelor of Arts degree in English and Professional Writing and has attended Cornell University School of Industrial and Labor Relations. Her “can-do” positive attitude overcomes any obstacles and gives her the ability to develop and maintain strong client and candidate relationships.
Melinda has over 14 years of experience in Office Administration and Management, specifically in the mechanical trade and logistics. She was integral in the start-up and management of a mechanical construction company serving as both Vice President and Office Manager. Running a business has given Melinda the unique perspective to understand the difficulties faced by our clients when trying to find qualified personnel for key positions. Having made the difficult decision to close her business and return to the job market, Melinda also understands the challenges faced by our candidates as they search for the right position. She is passionate and driven to help our clients and our candidates connect and make their goals a reality.
