STAFFING PLAN OPTIONS

HOBSON USA provides administrative, management and executive level staffing for the construction industry and construction related businesses.  Our expertise in the construction industry means we will find a great fit for your company at a fair price.

We offer various types of Direct Hire Placement Programs as well as Temp-to-Hire, Contract Staffing and a Recruiting Only program.

DIRECT HIRE PLACEMENT PROGRAMS

  • Job postings will be made to thousands of online job boards.
  • We actively search and reach out to prospective candidates within our own database.
  • We phone-screen qualified candidates prior to resume submission.
  • After the interview, if candidate is acceptable by CLIENT for placement, verify education, previous employment, and professional licenses; contact professional references; perform standard background checks, and any other optional screening at CLIENT’s request.

Budget Direct Hire Placement Plan

  • No guarantee is offered on the placed candidate – replacement of the candidate is not provided and payment of the placement fee would still be required.

Economy Direct Hire Placement Plan

  • 30 calendar day guarantee from first day of candidate’s employment.  Upon termination or resignation of placed candidate within the first 30 calendar days of their employment, we will provide either a replacement or a refund of the paid fee. 

Deluxe Direct Hire Placement Plan

  • 30 calendar day guarantee from first day of candidate’s employment.  Upon termination or resignation of placed candidate within the first 30 calendar days of their employment, we will provide either a replacement or a refund of the paid fee. 

  • 31 – 60 calendar day guarantee from first day of candidate’s employment.  Upon termination or resignation of original placed candidate beyond 30 and up to 60 calendar days, we will provide either a replacement or a prorated refund of the paid fee.

Premium Direct Hire Placement Plan

  • 30 calendar day guarantee from first day of candidate’s employment.  Upon termination or resignation of placed candidate within the first 30 calendar days of their employment, we will provide either a replacement or a refund of the paid fee.

  • 31 – 90 calendar day guarantee from first day of candidate’s employment.  Upon termination or resignation of original placed candidate beyond 30 and up to 90 calendar days, we will provide either a replacement or a prorated refund of the paid fee.

 TEMP-TO-HIRE PROGRAM

  • We recruit and phone-screen qualified candidates prior to resume submission.
  • After the interview, if candidate is acceptable by CLIENT for placement, we verify education, previous employment, and professional licenses; contact professional references; perform standard background checks, and any other optional screening at CLIENT’s request.
  • Billing rate is determined after CLIENT’s selection of candidate to fill position.

Advantage:  Short term temporary contract allows you to evaluate the candidate before hiring.  Employee remains on our payroll, we pay all required payroll expenses and handle all human resource responsibilities until the employee is hired by you.

CONTRACT STAFFING PROGRAM

  • Long and short term contract staffing plans are available. Minimum contract term is generally six months.
  • We recruit and phone-screen qualified candidates prior to resume submission.
  • After the interview, if candidate is acceptable by CLIENT for placement, we verify education, previous employment, and professional licenses; contact professional references; perform standard background checks, and any other optional screening at CLIENT’s request.
  • Billing rate is determined after CLIENT’s selection of candidate to fill position.

Advantage:  Employee remains on our payroll, we pay all required payroll expenses and handle all human resource responsibilities. When the project is completed you have no further obligation to the employee, unless of course you choose to hire them. Our contract staffing service can help you reach your minority and/or woman-owned business participation goals.

RECRUITING ONLY PROGRAM 

  • We post your prepared job description and for 60 calendar days we will have candidates forward their resumes to us (if you choose to remain anonymous) or directly to you. 
  • Job postings will be made to thousands of online job boards.
  • We do not perform any candidate searches.
  • Candidates’ resumes are not reviewed by us and candidates are not screened by us at any time during the process.

Advantage:  We get you started and keep your cost down while helping you over the hurdle of finding applicants. You receive the benefit of all our posting resources by not having to research where to post the job, and not having to post the position to thousands of job boards thereby saving you valuable time. By choosing to remain anonymous you will not get inundated with phone calls and emails.
